Dawn states that, “In modern day, information abounds: on television, on the internet, on the radio, in the newspapers, and so on. There is no way to escape the influx! Charlotte Mason famously said, ‘it cannot be too often said that information is not education.’ She also admonished us to thoroughly consider issues for ourselves, without outside influence, and to avoid embracing ‘opinions in the air.’ In this talk, we will consider Mason’s wisdom and its continued relevance to our lives today.”
