Angie,
I would LOVE for you to come, Angie, and I know you would love it! Here's what I can do – if you send me your email, I'll put you on the LER notice list. This list gets the new retreat announcements first, before it goes out on the Internet. Then you can have first chance to register.
From joy to joy,
Nancy

Nancy,
Could you put me on that list as well? Praying I can get there next year! Where can I send my e-mail to you?
sageparnassus says
Dear Lori,
You can send your email address to kellynk at msn dot com. We'd love to have you, too!
Warmly,
Nancy

Jennifer,
First of all, I am so delighted that you will be coming! At this time we do not have a on-line registration or payment system. I understand your plight and have privately messaged you with a solution.
Looking forward to seeing you,
Nancy

Hi Nancy,
I'm wondering if there is a way to register (and particularly to pay) online. I'm registering from Uruguay and have no way of being sure that a mailed-in registration form will arrive in time otherwise. (I suppose some of my sweet friends in Canada might help me out here, but if there's a way to make is work directly, I'd like to do that.)
Thanks,
Jennifer

Dear Anonymous,
Thank you for your question. We have thought about it but haven't come to a clear decision. First, there's setting such an enterprise up. Of course we would like others to hear, but part of what makes the LER the LER is the WHOLE – all the lectures, all the breakouts, all the people, all the atmosphere, all the relationships. It concerns us that when broken apart, the sum of the parts isn't as great as the whole.
One might not understand this unless they've attended a retreat. It's really not like other conferences, conventions, or retreats in that way – a piece of it wouldn't give the whole picture. (Can you tell we think the whole picture is most important?)
I am taking your request to heart, though. We will continue to consider it. Perhaps next year, Lord willing, you could join us?
From joy to joy,
Nancy
